Mr. Feldman was an attorney for the firm since 1992, and became an investment advisor with - PCM in 1997 to manage all client accounts. In 1986, Mr. Feldman published an article on securities in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Mr. Feldman practiced law in New York and Florida, and has been board certified by the Florida Bar. Mr. Feldman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, and received a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. The College for Financial Planning has accredited Mr. Feldman as an Asset Management Specialist. He holds the Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
